Job title: Region Manager
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + potential bonus
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX – Remote

 

The job:
As a Region Manager at CBUSA, you’ll play a key role in helping custom and independent homebuilders operate more efficiently and profitably. You’ll lead strategic initiatives across your assigned territory by strengthening relationships with builders and suppliers, increasing adoption of national contracts, and driving local purchasing power. Your work will influence how builders buy, collaborate, and grow—resulting in better pricing, higher rebates, and stronger communities. In this role, success means builders in your region are more connected, informed, and aligned with CBUSA’s network benefits.

 

What you will do:

  • Facilitate regular meetings with builders to review product selections and drive national contract participation.

  • Plan and lead general membership meetings with builders and suppliers across your region.

  • Analyze cost-saving opportunities using Excel and present insights to builder members.

  • Strengthen local vendor networks by identifying and filling product or service gaps.

  • Support Group Purchases of key materials and oversee vendor agreement compliance.

  • Communicate consistently and professionally to keep members informed and engaged.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for builders and vendors with questions about reporting, agreements, or CBUSA tools.

 

Who you are and what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or vendor relations required.

  • Background in residential construction or building materials preferred.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and public speaking skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools.

  • Organized, detailed, and motivated to make an impact in local markets.
